These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") and turbo99 ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the turbo99 website located at https://turbo99.cam and all associated services, products, software, games, and promotions made available therein (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the turbo99 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close any account you may hold.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall terms governing your relationship with turbo99.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on turbo99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. turbo99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling-related activity on the Platform. Proof of age (KYC documentation) will be required before withdrawals are approved.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or gameplay.
• You are acting voluntarily and in your sole personal capacity, and are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register.
• You are not employed by, or related to any employee or contractor of, turbo99 or any of its affiliated companies, studios, or payment partners in a manner that would give you any material advantage in gameplay.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by turbo99 for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mental capacity and are not acting under any form of legal incapacity.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on turbo99. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are required to promptly notify turbo99 of any changes to your registration details. turbo99 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and to close Accounts where false or misleading information has been submitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. turbo99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

• All Account activity conducted while your credentials are in use shall be deemed authorised by you.
• You must notify turbo99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• turbo99 may require additional verification steps (including two-factor authentication) for enhanced Account security.

turbo99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform from time to time:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and GrabPay
• DuitNow and FPX real-time bank transfers
• Online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and RHB Now
• Cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin BTC, Ethereum ETH, Tether USDT, and BNB) converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. turbo99 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend Accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified or where third-party funding is suspected.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. turbo99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking intermediaries, or network congestion on blockchain networks.

Withdrawals of real money funds are available to all verified Account holders subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed the KYC verification process prior to your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above the threshold specified on the Platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on your Account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• turbo99 reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal amount and cumulative daily or weekly withdrawal limits, as published in the Platform's cashier section.
• In exceptional circumstances, turbo99 may request additional supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request.

Processing times are indicative and subject to the operational hours of the relevant payment provider. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes during business hours.

turbo99 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and migration bonuses. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform.

General terms applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• turbo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn and are not included in the withdrawable balance until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• turbo99 reserves the right to withhold bonus credits and/or resulting winnings where misuse of promotions, collusion, or fraudulent bonus claiming behaviour is suspected or detected.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional notifications but remain eligible to claim publicly available promotions.

All bets and wagers placed on turbo99 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, as displayed within the relevant game or sports betting interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules applicable to any game or market before placing a wager.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are subject to change at turbo99's discretion.
• Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• turbo99 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, manifest pricing error, or data feed disruption has occurred that materially affected the odds or game outcome presented to the Player.
• In-play (live) sports bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. turbo99 shall not be liable for bets accepted during temporary data delays or feed outages.
• For live casino games, the outcome of the round as determined by the live dealer studio's system shall be final and binding.

turbo99 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by the Platform, by players, or by any third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on turbo99 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate Platform interactions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordination of bets to exploit bonuses or promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for monetary gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, chargebacks, or knowingly depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's geo-blocking or access restrictions through VPN, proxy servers, or other technical means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Platform staff through any available communication channel.

turbo99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the permanent closure of your Account for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from turbo99.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Use any turbo99 trademarks, branding, or trade dress for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, turbo99 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by third-party systems including payment processors, game studios, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any decision by turbo99 to exercise its rights under these Terms, including Account suspension, voiding of bets, or withholding of funds where there is reasonable suspicion of breach.

In any event, turbo99's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the liability arose.

turbo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated funds, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal sources.
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or licensed payment provider.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by turbo99.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Account holder or their payment provider.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure results from turbo99's voluntary decision unrelated to Player conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting turbo99 support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which turbo99 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

turbo99 makes no representation that the Services are lawful or appropriate for use in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction. Malaysian players access turbo99 voluntarily and under their own legal responsibility. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling under Malaysian law, and Players are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal advice if in doubt.

turbo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
